Beetroot and berry balls
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts
- 1 Cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 Cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 raw beetroot, peeled and in quarters
- 1 Tbsp Berry Smoothie Base
- 1 Tbsp Chai seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/4 Cup extra desiccated coconut (to roll them in)

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Grind cashews in food processor
- Add beetroot to food processor
- Add coconut, raspberries, seeds, smoothie base, and maple syrup
- Mix until combined
- Roll into balls and then roll into coconut
- Store in the freezer and serve when frozen
