coco chai & coconut cloud

Spiced chai, crisp coconut water, and a delicate coconut cloud combine for a drink that’s both tropical and comforting.

Ingredients

• 2 Pumps (15ml) Alchemy Organic Mumbai Chai
• 2 Pumps (15ml) Alchemy Coconut Syrup
• Ice
• Coconut water
• 50ml Thickened cream (dairy or plant-based)

Method

1. Fill your glass with ice and pour over coconut water.
2. Add 2 pumps Alchemy Alchemy Organic Mumbai Chai and swirl to mix.
3. In a separate cup, whisk 50ml cream with 2 pumps of Coconut Syrup to create a cold foam.
4. Layer the cold foam over the coconut chai mix.
