Position Overview

As a Food Production Worker, you will play an essential role in our manufacturing process. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including preparing raw materials, operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team setting. No previous experience is required, as we offer full training for all new team members, although some experience would be looked upon favourably .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, handle, and process raw ingredients according to company guidelines.
• Operate production line machinery and maintain efficiency in the production process.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely deliveries.

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg.
