Choc Coco with Pistachio Cold Foam

INGREDIENTS
Coconut water
2 Pumps Alchemy Chocolate Sauce
50ml Thickened cream
2 Pumps Alchemy Pistachio Syrup
Ice
Pistachio crumbs or grated chocolate (for garnish)

METHOD

1. Fill your glass with ice and top with coconut water.

2. Add 2 pumps of Alchemy Chocolate Sauce and stir to combine.

3. In a separate cup, whisk together 50ml thickened cream and 2 pumps of Alchemy Pistachio Syrup using an electric hand whiz.

4. Gently pour the pistachio cold foam over the chocolate coconut mix.

5. Finish with pistachio crumbs or grated chocolate for texture and presentation.
